Fredericton Girls Softball Association 2009
Congratulations to the Bantams in capturing the Gold Medal at the 2009 5th Annual Amanda Flanagan Memorial Tournament this past weekend (Aug 22-23) in Moncton. Fredericton lost to Sussex in the opener 14-8, then came from a 10-1 deficit for a stunning come from behind victory with a 14-13 win over Moncton. Fredericton then trounced Bass River 28-12 to end the round robin. In the finals it was Fredericton beating Sussex 18-13 to take home the Gold medal and winning Trophy. This was the rematch from the Bantam Girls Orthodox Provincial Fianls where Fredericton lost. Capturing the MVP for Fredericton was Morgan MacGregor, who rounded the bases 13 out of 18 times at bat for the tournament. |

Congratulations to the PeeWees in capturing the Silver Medal at the 2009 PeeWee Orthodox Provincials this past weekend (Aug 15-16) in Saint John.

Simply print off our registration form. Drop it off at MacTavish's for Sport, 228 Queen Street. If you have a uniform from last year, could you please drop it off as well.

The Fredericton Girls Softball Association has several important objectives for the operation of their House League:
- To provide a fun experience for all participants at every age level.
- To create an environment of competitive softball that every player can enjoy.
- To provide guidance to coaching staff that will assist them in teaching the fundamentals of softball.
- To make our House League as enjoyable as possible so that every player will return, year after year.

Bantam Girls - Under 16 years of age - $80.00 per player
Pee Wee Girls - Under 14 years of age - $80.00 per player
Squirt Girls Under - 12 years of age - $60.00 per player
Mite Girls Under - 10 years of age - $60.00 per player
